Settlement Phase & Discovery Module 6

This module covers what to expect when you have not settled with the companies that you have sued. This phase helps parties obtain information regarding any non-privileged matter that is relevant to any party’s claim or defense.

Through the discovery phase you will learn the tools used under the federal rules that aid in obtaining information from other parties, including interrogatories, depositions, and requests for admission.
