The company will take all reasonable efforts to help the Client achieve successful results through the Company’s coaching program. The company cannot however guarantee any results as there are many outside factors that must be considered. Client acknowledges that the dispute results that the Company and other participants in the coaching program obtain may or may not be what they experience as everyone’s results differ. Client understands that the Company’s coaching program is a do-it-yourself (DIY) model and that all products suggested, strategies implemented or services provided are merely recommendations based on the experience of the Company and its representatives. Clients should make decisions based upon their own informed decisions and/or advice from the Client’s own legal, financial, or other advisors. Client agrees to release and hold Company and its representatives harmless from any losses, costs, or damages Client incurs through Client’s participation in the coaching program.    
                      
Company is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights to coaching curricula and any other intellectual property used in the performance of services pursuant to this agreement, including but not limited to work in electronic format, developed by Company solely or with others. Company does not assign any intellectual property rights to Client. 
 
Upon termination from the program for any reason, the Client will no longer have access to the Company’s online coaching platform, coaching sessions, or any other products/services offered by the Company through its Affluent Coaching Program
