Debt Validation Request Letter

This letter is meant to be sent to any creditor or collection agency that insists on placing an item on your credit without legally proving that the debt is yours. You can also use this letter when you are threatened to have an item placed on your credit, or if any creditor is saying that you owe them. This letter will force them to prove or delete & cease all collection activity of that item.
