Estoppel Letter

The estoppel letter is used when a debt collector ignores the request
for validation. If you send a debt validation letter to the creditor, in order for them to prove that the debt is yours, and they fail to do so, this letter outlines the consumer laws they are violating, and is the next step in the debt validation process.
